Welcome to MLIS 2020!
The 2nd International Conference on Machine Learning and Intelligent Systems (MLIS2020) will be held during October 25-28, 2020 in Seoul, Republic of Korea. The event is aimed at providing a platform for knowledge exchange of the most recent scientific and technological advances and to strengthen the links in the scientific community. The plenary session of MLIS2020 will include Keynote Speeches, Invited Speeches, Poster Presentations and Oral Presentations.
Seoul is considered a leading and rising global city, resulting from a South Korean economic boom called the Miracle on the Han River. It is by far South Korea's largest city and one of East Asia's financial and cultural centers. A fascinating blend of ancient traditions and cutting-edge digital technology, home to endless street food vendors and vast nightlife districts, an extraordinary educational system and serene Buddhist temples, Seoul is a multicultural city filled with traditional and modern elements.

Unpublished and original contributions are encouraged to be submitted via the MLIS Online Submission System
. All submitted full papers will go through rigorous peer review process and acceptance will be based on the quality, originality, language and relevance.
Accepted full papers with at least 10 pages
will be published in Springer Book Series--Smart Innovation, Systems and Technologies
